		An important but often an overlooked area by many brands, warranty and customer faith in our product is an important consideration for Viper bikes. All Viper Bicycle designs are fully tested to destruction both in the laboratory and by some of the most respected riders around (and even some crazies who could destroy a tank let alone a bike) to make sure your weekend riding or race sessions are trouble free. We offer one of the best warranty packages in the industry along with our no quibble crash replacement program for those of you honest enough to admit it that it fell of the car rack on the way home… Details of the applicable warranty to each model are below:
	Freeride and Dual Slalom Series Frames Due to the nature of these bikes we expect you to thrash them! Where many other “Big Name” brands offer 6mts or at times no warranty at all on this kind of bike, Viper are confident to give a full 2 Year warranty to the original owner.
World Cup and Trail Hardtail Series Frames Years of product testing and market experience have given Viper the technical expertise to produce some of the finest hardtails around, we offer a reassuring 2 Year warranty on any of these models to the original owner, whether it’s raced hard at the weekend or just to cruise to the local shops for a paper. Full Suspension Series Frames Advanced alloys and carefully thought-out designs have allowed Viper Bikes to create a world class range of Full Suspension frames, this attention to detail means Viper are pleased to offer a 2 Year warranty even for race use on any of its FS range. Pro Line Series Frames The Pro Line range of Frames and custom speced bikes are the pinnacle of Viper technical development and as such we are confident to offer a full 2 year warranty on any of the Pro Line range to the original owner. Components All components fitted to Viper Bicycles come complete with the appropriate manufactures warranty and backup, this can vary from brand to brand but in general a minimum term of 12months applies. Please note that all of the above warranties apply only to bikes used for the appropriate purpose, Racing DH on a TR1.0 will not only result in a speedily broken bike but a long recovery period at your local NHS! The warranty covers frames and components against “defects in workmanship and materials”, not direct or deliberate misuse and abuse, wear and tear, improper assembly or installation of substandard or incompatible parts. Crash Replacement/Total Destruction warranty “Just riding along” or JRA’s as there widely known in the bike industry are usually the first excuse used for those bikes that have been ridden headlong into a tree at 30mph, Backed over by your Mum on her way to do the shopping, or serviced by your 4yr old son with a hammer. It’s hard to imagine your pride and joy as a complete write off but we’ve all been there at some time and if the worst happens Viper Bikes are happy to offer a 50% discount of the RRP price of a replacement frame purchased direct from Viper Bikes.
